Steps for Life 2020 - Toronto

EllisDon Toronto Team

EllisDon is back for another year 2020 and WE are excited to be part of this amazing fundraiser and to represent the EllisDon Toronto Team on April 26, 2020 at Coronation Park, 711 Lakeshore Blvd. Claudia Wisotzky and I (Olivia D’Aquila) have been part of this for the last 3 years and it’s been wonderful seeing the impact and progress WE as a company have accomplished.

What is Steps for Life?
Steps for Life is a 5km fundraising walk to support families affected by workplace tragedy. The annual event raises funds to provide peer support programs and services for Canadian families who have suffered from losing a loved one to a workplace tragedy and it also raises awareness about the importance of workplace health and safety. Threads of Life (flagship fundraiser for the Association for Workplace Tragedy Family Support) is an organization that educates the community about the devastating ripple effects of every workplace tragedy and how we as a company work together to prevent others from being injured or killed on the job site. Due to construction being a very dangerous industry we all strive to make sure each of our employees and subcontractors go home safe to their families every night
We believe that each of us at EllisDon, regardless of what role we play it is vital in achieving a safe culture in our work environment. EllisDon's Health and Safety standards continue to be above legislative requirements in our industry.

Last year the EllisDon teams raised $27,852

This year, EllisDon is now a National Silver Sponsor for Steps for Life and our company goal THIS year has been set at $30,000
Therefore we need your support!! If you are interested in joining or donating to the EllisDon Toronto Team kindly see the link below:
