Welcome to my personal fundraising page!

For over 15 years I have walked to support families impacted by workplace tragedies, and I will be walking once again this year. Organizations such as Threads of Life have been significantly impacted by Covid-19, but the need to support families is still there. Far too many workplace tragedies happen every day in Canada, nearly 1000 deaths a year, and sometimes its difficult for us to put that number into perspective. As the news this year has focused on the valiant efforts of our front line workers, we've also heard the tragic news that some of those workers have lost their lives as they work to save lives. Their families will need support as they face the years ahead without their loved one. Threads of Life provides families with peer support - matching them with other families who have also walked the journey of grief.
If you're in a position to make a donation to my fundraising page, I'd really appreciate it. Just click the button to make a donation. If you are not able to donate, perhaps you can tell others about the work of Threads of Life.
We're working on raising awareness across Canada about the devastating ripple effects of each and every workplace tragedy; and promoting a cultural shift to improve health and safety in the workplace so that others will not experience a workplace fatality, traumatic life-altering injury, or occupational disease.
Thank you for your support and for stepping up for workplace safety.
